Going Through the Motions

With such a big life change such as a loss or absence of a loved one, it is important to keep to your regular schedule. It is also important to let your child know that it is okay to cry and be sad, but it's also normal to still feel happy and normal at times while grieving. Never offer more information than a child can handle, but be honest. Read below to get some ideas to support your child during this difficult time.
